The SAAS startup VoiceLine is smartly revolutionizing asynchronous business communication with the VoiceLine, a hydride medium of voice and text. In several design sprints we jointly designed the core of the product and the different access points.
In order to seamlessly fit into today’s business communications, VoiceLine must be able to exist in a wide range of contexts. The integration into existing business tools as well as the inclusion of corporate communication structures play a decisive role in the product’s success.
One of the challenges was to combine the hybrid medium of spoken language and transcribed text into a single unit. The UX / UI design had to meet the expectations of a professional work tool as well as the requirements of an intuitive and easy to use messenger interaction.
