The digital transformation is changing the perception and quality demands on tomorrow's household appliances. In order to continue to meet those demands, we support the Miele design team as an external development partner. Together, we evaluate technologies and develop innovative product concepts for the areas of Room Care and Cooking.
As external experts, we deep dive into specific topics and issues to identify potentials for the Miele brand. An intensive analysis of products and technologies forms the base on which innovative product and interaction concepts are developed. The focus is on seamlessly linking physical and digital interaction. To this end, intuitive feedback systems, gesture controls and motion sequences are being developed.

In order to reliably evaluate the concepts, they are designed and experienced directly by means of interactive prototypes. The results are high-fidelity prototypes that already deliver a holistic user experience. These are used for user testing and stakeholder presentations.
